Project Scope storage: remembers selected services, add-ons, and draft client details while you build an estimate. This may include information you type into the Project Scope form, such as name, email, project name, billing details, footage link, and notes, until you submit, reset, or clear browser site data.
Cookie choice storage: remembers whether you accepted cookies or declined optional cookies, so the banner does not reappear on every page.
Video preferences: remembers playback preferences such as muted state or volume.
Vimeo thumbnail cache: stores a temporary thumbnail reference so the portfolio loads faster on repeat visits.

This storage is not used for advertising or analytics. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings by deleting site data for gingerbeerweddings.com.

4. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the site rely on trusted third-party services. These services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when their features are loaded or opened:

Vimeo: used for video thumbnails and video playback. Video embeds are loaded with Vimeo's do-not-track option where available.
Calendly: used for booking calls. The Calendly frame loads only when you open the booking dialog.

Cloudflare Pages: used for hosting, security, and website delivery.
Cloudflare Turnstile: used on public forms to help distinguish real visitors from automated spam. Turnstile may set or read security cookies and process limited technical signals when the challenge widget is loaded.
Supabase CRM intake: used to receive website form submissions and store consent evidence with the related lead record.

5. Consent Approach

Because we do not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on the site, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing technologies later, we will update this policy and use a consent mechanism before those technologies run.
